The Route

The Swen Experience
It comes to our minds a horse ride at sunset through the wine fields of Spain, after a day of learning everything about the grape. Imagine, the smell of the grapes as they stemmed, the crushing grape feeling in the sole of your foot, the amazing view.
Then, all the way up to France to learn about the sulfiting, fermentation and pressing, guided by a french wine expert, getting involved in the process. And at night, a fabulous dinner at a wine cave, with a little class of wine tasting.
After France, we would go to an Italian vineyard, where you would learn about the ageing, filtration and bottling, doing everything yourself (with the guidance of an expert, of course) ending with your own bottle of wine, made by you!
